Preserving Rav Chaim zatzal’s Legacy

An Orchos Yosher Program

Dear Friend,

We have all benefited from the incredible wisdom, knowledge, and brachos of Maran Sar HaTorah, Rav Chaim Kanievsky zatzal.  We must ensure, however, that his legacy not be lost.

Heir to the traditions of both his uncle the Chazon Ish as well as the great Yeshivos of Novardok, through his father the Steipler zatzal, Rav Chaim’s greatest desire was to continue to promulgate both Torah and Mussar.

When his beloved Rebbitzen passed away, he launched the Orchot Yosher organization with precisely that goal in mind – to promulgate shiurim across Eretz Yisroel.  The shiurim combine Torah lessons with a lesson in Rav Chaim’s own Mussar Sefer – Orchos Yosher.

Boruch Hashem that goal has become a reality, with over 800 shiurim across Eretz Yisroel given regularly.  These shiurim are given by highly advanced Avreichim that have studied or currently study in Kollel Orchos Yosher.

But with Rav Chaim’s passing r”l, this reality is in danger of falling apart.  What we are looking to do is to find 800 sponsors who will each be assigned one of the shiurim, who are willing to help underwrite these shiurim at $1000 per year. Each of the sponsors will receive a description of the shiur’s location and the topic being studied and regular updates.
